Tales of Bells and Drums is back on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Merrill Auditorium in Portland, Maine, bringing together incredible drummers, dancers, and artists to celebrate African culture.

Founded by Maurice Habimfura, a passionate dancer, drummer, and cultural advocate, this event is all about keeping traditions alive and sharing the powerful beats of African drums with the community. Expect high-energy performances, vibrant costumes, and a celebration of resilience, unity, and joy.
